The Challenge
The development required the clearance of a former fuelling station before building seven traditionally styled homes and one contemporary coach house. The site posed significant challenges, including ground contamination, party wall and boundary issues, and extensive planning restrictions.
Midway through the project, developer staffing difficulties meant DARK assumed full control of the site from superstructure stage through to final handover.

• Coordination of works along a busy main road with restricted access and safety requirements
• Management of party wall agreements, easements, and close-proximity neighbour relations
