We can provide remote consultations, planning and design support, digital snagging reviews (where suitable), and custom-built project templates.
What’s included in a snagging inspection?
Each snagging report includes a full property walk through, photographic evidence of defects, written explanations, and a prioritised summary of findings.
When should I book a snagging inspection?
Ideally just before legal completion (for new builds), or immediately after. We also inspect post-renovation, during tenancy changes, or before warranty expiration.
Will the developer accept your report?
While we’re independent, our reports are professionally presented and detailed, making it easier for developers to acknowledge and resolve issues.
What level of project management do you offer?
We offer everything from programming and trade coordination to full on-site management. You can choose the level of involvement that suits your needs and budget.
Can I hire you to oversee my builder or trades?
